FOX04- Dri- COMING SOON

Category:

FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic peptide engineered to disrupt the interaction between FOXO4 and p53, a pathway associated with the survival of senescent (“aged” or dysfunctional) cells. In preclinical research, this disruption may allow targeted clearance of senescent cells by reactivating apoptosis.

Senescent cells are known to accumulate over time and contribute to chronic inflammation through the release of pro-inflammatory signaling molecules (often referred to as SASP—senescence-associated secretory phenotype). By selectively addressing these cells, FOXO4-DRI is being studied for its potential role in improving tissue function and cellular health.

Mechanisms of Action

  • May disrupt FOXO4–p53 binding, promoting apoptosis in senescent cells
  • May support senolytic activity, targeting aged or dysfunctional cells
  • May reduce SASP-related inflammatory signaling, improving tissue environment
  • May contribute to improved cellular turnover and regeneration conditions
  • May help restore balance in aging or stressed tissues

The compound is first frozen, then placed under vacuum so the ice sublimates (turns directly from solid to vapor).
Result: A dry, stable powder remains — known as lyophilized powder.
Purpose: This process preserves the molecular structure and extends shelf life without needing refrigeration.
Reconstitution: Before research use, the powder is rehydrated (usually with bacteriostatic water, or another solvent) to return it to its active form

Yes, all products come in lyophilized powder to maintain compound integrity.

Yes, anyone researching will need to reconstitute their products. Vials are shipped in their lyophilized form.
