CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic peptide analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release more endogenous growth hormone. Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), the No DAC version has a shorter half-life, typically around 30–40 minutes, which requires more frequent dosing to maintain GH pulses.

Mechanisms of Action:

  • May increase the natural pulsatile secretion of growth hormone.

  • May enhance IGF-1 production in the liver, promoting tissue growth and repair.
