Order and Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding shipping transit, as outlined in our shipping policy. Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that all customer, billing, and shipping details are entered correctly in English. Any errors may lead to delays or prevent delivery, which are part of our order terms. Order Changes: Once submitted, orders cannot be modified. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming your order. Responsibility: We are not liable for any address errors provided by customers. For Interac E-Transfer Payments, once your order is placed, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment is verified, especially for research use only items.
Shipping Schedule
We utilize carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or DHL to ensure your order terms are met. We will select the most suitable carrier based on your address, shipping costs, and timing requirements.
Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For orders paid before 2:00 PM EST, we offer same-day shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day, and any orders made on Friday after 2:00 PM will ship on Monday. Please note that our shipping policy is designed for research use only and aims to provide you with efficient delivery.
Shipping Rates
$25.00: Canada Xpress Post (estimated 1-3 business days) as per our shipping policy. $49.99: Overnight (next business day; some remote destinations may not qualify). Please note that these options are for research use only and are subject to the order terms.
Note: According to our shipping policy, shipping "days" are counted as full 24-hour periods and do not include the day the order is shipped. These shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. Extra time may be required for remote or rural areas.
